SC Waste Management Limited signs another contract through the Western Balkans Infrastructure Projects Facility

SC Waste Management Limited has secured a short contract in Montenegro assisting in the development of the terms of reference for a National Waste Plan for the small Balkan country. Scott Crossett will spend 6 days in Montenegro on the project along with the team leader in Montenegro Rene Boeston, a Dutch expert on waste management and the environment.It will be Scott's first return to Montenegro since it established independence from Serbia. It will be an opportunity to see the country and how it has developed in the last 8 years or thereabouts. It was always marketed as the ecological state and it will be interesting to see how accurate that is. Recent TV adverts have been advertising Montenegro as a place of Wild Beauty and it certainly had some stunning scenery on the last visit there.
It was a memorable road trip between Belgrade and Podgorica although it has to be said in that time it was a terrifying 30-40 minute flight in extremely aged aircraft.
